Drivecenter Arena invites you to an action-packed racing weekend with "Midnattssolsloppet powered by Porsche" on June 13-14, 2025.
Join us as Sweden’s top racing talent gathers at Scandinavia’s longest and most modern track. Under the midnight sun, both drivers and spectators will experience a unique event where the excitement never fades, and the magical light of the summer night sets the perfect stage for the races.

V8 Thunder Cars will be a special guest at Drivecenter Arena, a collaboration that elevates both the racing and the experience for visitors. Beyond motorsport, “Sportscar Together Day” will take place in the pits, featuring an exclusive car exhibition, showcases, and family-friendly activities.
The festival atmosphere is at the heart of the event, with racing, camaraderie, and a unique chance to get up close to the cars and gain insight into the world of motorsport.

Improve your driving on winter roads – available slots
When roads get slippery, safe and confident driving can make all the difference. Drivecenter offers driver training specifically designed for winter conditions.
Take the opportunity to:
- Improve your skills on snow and ice
- Test your vehicle’s safety systems in real-life scenarios
- Practice handling challenging winter conditions under the guidance of experienced instructors

Test drive your motorcycle on track July 5th
In connection with the MC Trackweekend at Drivecenter Arena on July 5-7, you have the opportunity to test drive your street-registered bike on the track.
The test drive will take place between 18:00 and 20:00. We will begin with a briefing, followed by guidance through the track for five laps.

Folk festival at which Europe’s largest drifting series makes its comeback
Everything is ready for a new motoring festival in Fällfors, when Europe’s largest drifting series, Drift Masters GP, returns to Drivecenter Arena on 9-10 June. This will be the second year in a row in which the Drift Masters European Championship (DMEC) is visiting Fällfors. As a result, visitors will have the opportunity to experience one of strongest starting fields in the drifting circuit, with 50 top drivers from more than 20 countries. From reigning champion Piotr Wiecek from Poland to Japanese fan-favourite Naoki Nakamura, WRC World Champion Kalle Rovanperä, the Irish brothers Jack and Conor Shanahan, Benediktas Čirba and many other incredible drivers. “This is without doubt one of the most competitive starting fields we’ve ever seen. Each and every driver brings their unique skills and style to the sport, and I’m sure they’ll be providing our fans with a great deal of hair-raising action throughout the season,” said Arkadiusz Dudko, Vice President, in a press release. Northern Norway’s largest car festival making an entrance in Fällfors
The Scandinavian Festival of Speed will be held at Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors on 13–16 July. A car festival packed with track racing, drifting, show cars, live concerts, good food and cold drinks.
For almost 20 years, Sommertreff was the largest car festival in northern Norway and the highlight for all car enthusiasts in the region. As the festival increased in size, the condition of the track deteriorated sharply and the site also became too small to accommodate all the spectators.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Sommertreff and Drivecenter Arena launched a joint investment aimed at relocating the car festival to Fällfors, Sweden, at the fantastic Drivecenter Arena. After a sneak premiere including three days of track driving in 2022, the festival is now being launched as a full-scale concept.
“It feels great to have arranged this, and we are now working intensively to create a memorable festival weekend for both participants and spectators. Bring your own car or just enjoy the show,” says Stian Tjosaas, owner of Sommertreff and event general for the Scandinavian Festival of Speed.
For the spectators, we promise a wide range of different show cars and racing cars. The Scandinavian Festival of Speed will host track racing in street cars and racing cars, a large car exhibition and various other events, including selecting the fastest street car.
“We are delighted to be further developing our cross-border collaboration, and are looking forward to the summer with great anticipation. This is a popular event that welcomes everyone, with entertainment both on and off the track,” says Jessica Karlsson, Marketing Manager at Drivecenter Arena.

The Scandinavian Festival of Speed endeavours to be the best motoring-based festival in northern Scandinavia. Just over 20 years ago, a group of friends hired a race track in northern Norway with the aim of racing their own cars and practising their driving skills. In the months and years that followed, this group of friends evolved into hundreds of cars and thousands of spectators, and the company Sommertreff was founded. For almost 20 years, Sommertreff was the largest car festival in northern Norway and the highlight for all car enthusiasts in the region. During the Covid-19 period, Sommertreff and Drivecenter Arena launched a joint investment aimed at relocating the car festival under a new name to Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors, Sweden.

Porsche Carrera Cup investing in dual competition in northern Sweden
Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia is Porsche’s official Carrera Cup championship in Scandinavia, and you can experience one of the racing calendar’s largest starting fields in the country here. The series also has the official status as the Swedish Championship for GT cars. Seven rounds will be staged in three countries in 2023, with the third round being a dual competition at Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors, northern Sweden, on 30 June and 1 July. The Porsche Sprint Challenge supporting class will also be competing on this weekend. We are looking for an energetic restaurateur who wants to work with us
We are looking for an energetic, quality-conscious operator to manage our restaurants and cafeteria. The role also includes catering activities and various types of events.
Over time, the former military airbase in Fällfors has evolved into a state-of-the-art motoring facility, hosting both local and international events. The Arena’s offering also includes training, conferences, corporate events and other seasonal activities, delivering considerable variety through the year. “Development is a major part of our day-to-day operations. Since the inauguration of Scandinavia’s longest race track in 2019, there has been investment in a 111-bed hotel and our conference facilities have been upgraded in modern Scandinavian style. We also have great ambitions for our 361 hectare site,” says Karin Näsström, Site Manager for Drivecenter Arena. Restaurants in line for an upgrade Food and drink are an important part of the overall experience for visitors. As a result, we are now looking for a new restaurateur to take on responsibility for running the Arena’s restaurants and cafeteria. The role also includes catering activities for a range of events. “Our operations are based on working in collaboration with others. The Arena is a meeting place for a wide-ranging clientele, which is why it is important for us to find an energetic entrepreneur who can focus on the needs of the customer,” says Karin Näsström.
